Gets the auction constrainer enabler search order record corresponding to the given auction constrainer enabler record Type. Multiple retrievals return the same underlying object.

Parameters:

Returns:

Throws:

NullArgumentException - auctionConstrainerEnablerRecordType is null

OperationFailedException - unable to complete request
